The Key holding and Alarm Response services we offer allows clients to have peace of mind knowing that our Mobile Response Unit can attend in the event of an activation of their alarm system, gaining access to the building and dealing with any issues or causes of the activation whether it is due to an actual break in or for other reasons, such as power loss, weather conditions, or a system fault.
Many existing customers have arranged with us that we organise an engineer visit ‘out of hours’ to ensure the alarm system remains working effectively after such an event without the need for a member of staff having to attend.
We can contact your elected site contact to confirm what actions are necessary, thus giving you complete control without the need to physically visit the site.
If you prefer your own key holder can attend and our Mobile Response Unit Officer will meet them on site to escort them and ensure their safety.
All aspects of this service are managed from our 24hr Control Rooms, giving you the opportunity to get an instant update on any alarm activation we attend at your premises.
Our Mobile Response Officers are all experienced highly trained individuals who are capable of dealing with a wide range of issues.
All of our Mobile Response Officers adhere to British Standard 7499 (Static Site Guarding & Mobile Patrol services) and are screened and vetted in accordance with British Standard 7858, and all hold a valid SIA Licence.
